Zwartkops Raceway in Pretoria! No matter your age, your
gender or how high up the corporate ladder you are, nothing
will match this experience.

itineraries. The only difference is the amount of time you
get to drive the car. The more you spend the more you drive!
The Hot Lap
Experience is better than the best roller coaster ride you
can image. You get to sit next to our very talented
instructors/racing drivers whilst they take you for a spin
around Zwartkops Raceway at full race speeds.

All individuals participating in the
event will be required to:
- For
Driving Experiences: Hold a valid
driver’s license and must be prepared
for a guardian to sign the indemnity if
under 21 years of age.
- For Hot Lap
Experiences: Be 10 years or older [i.e.
be able to see over a dash board and be
able to be strapped in tightly]
- Sign an indemnity with Forza Racing on
the day of the event.
- Not drink any
alcohol on the day of the event prior to
driving or being driven in the cars. No
alcohol is served at the event.
- Wear closed shoes [race suits and
helmets will be supplied for the Driving
Experience] and long pants and long
sleeves if Hot Lap Experience [just
helmets are provided].
- Ensure that
they are medically fit to drive any
vehicle and be driven at high speeds.
Forza Racing will not be held liable.
- Take note that the time slots will
only be given once all bookings are in
and are a guideline only.
Vouchers, Booking and Payments:
- The
voucher is valid for one year from date
of voucher, subject to Forza Racing
having at least 2 available dates during
the year [there is always a minimum
amount of people required per booking,
therefore Forza Racing will advise
available dates]
- The voucher may
only be redeemed by the person the
voucher is addressed to, unless
otherwise arranged in writing with the
Forza Racing team and presented on
arrival.
- Unfortunately because we
are dealing with venues and caterers, we
need to adhere to certain conditions and
payment terms and therefore need to
apply the same with our clients.
- Bookings are only reserved upon receipt
of the booking form. An invoice will
then be issued and only upon 50% payment
will the slot be confirmed. Remainder of
the monies is to be settled 7days prior
to the event taking place.
- The
voucher will either be hand delivered or
couriered to you/the recipient at no
charge if within the Gauteng area.
Delivery/Postage to any other region
will be charged over and above the
Experience price – starting from R150.00
excluding VAT.
- Should the booking
be cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior
to the event 50% of the deposit paid
will be refunded.
- Should the
booking be cancelled 6 days up to and
including the event day no refund or
postponement of date will be given.
- Should the event be cancelled on the
day by Forza Racing due to weather
conditions where the cars and/or the
clients will be in serious danger, an
alternative date will be given to the
client.
